About the Property.
The Villa showcases the historic details like the ancient fireplaces and the coat of arms on the facade.
After a complete renovation phase that lasted several years, where all of the original charm and architectural features were strictly maintained, the villa’s interiors have recently been meticulously upgraded to high standards.
Spreading over a surface of more than 4,500 square feet, with its 9 wonderfully decorated bedrooms (all air conditioned), the villa is divided into two entities (one with 5 bedrooms and one with 4 bedrooms). Two other bedrooms with two bathrooms are in the guest house next to the villa (10 meters).
Around the villa there are 3 unique whirlpools (one in the garden of the guest house, one on the west side of the villa and one on the south side). These, along with the infinity pool (14 x 5 , depth 1.40 meters), offer the ultimate accommodation for your dreamy Italian holiday!
At Marina di Bibbona beach there are two umbrellas with sunbeds reserved for the guests of the villa (included in the price) . The beach has one of the best restaurants of the area: Ristorante La Pineta.
The Location.
The property is located at walking distance (0,25 miles) from the village of Bolgheri, with its delicious restaurants and its Castle, and has easy access (also for a one-day visit) to all of the area’s major cultural and artistic towns such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena.
There are many charming restaurants surrounding the area, in addition to a range of local delicacies (along the road you can find several daily fruit and vegetable markets).
The Layout.
The two villas spread over 2 floors, with 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms that, with the cottage (2 bedrooms), can comfortably accommodate up to 21 guests.
Each villa has a well-equipped kitchen, living and dining room (as for the guest house), and a fireplace.
On the west and south sides of the villa, and outside the guest house, there are three covered terraces equipped with outdoor furniture and a dining table that can comfortably accommodate up to 21 people. There is a covered space next to the pool, also equipped with outdoor furniture.
