Ground floor
This consists of living room, dining room, TV room, Kitchen, Entrance Hall, and Cloak Room. Also pantry and storage room, and a studio at the back. Terracotta floor. Geothermal cooling and heating system. State of art Kitchen very well-equipped, with a large 2-door refrigerator with ice dispenser. There is also a French door leading onto a courtyard with herbs. Dining room for 12/14 people. 3 tables outside, one in the area outside the TV room (4 people), one in the Gazebo (12 people), one in the swimming pool area (8 people). Living Room connected to the TV Room (equipped with a Smart TV).
There is a Small Apartment at the back of the house downstairs (small room with kitchen, patio with double bed and double sofa bed, en suite bathroom)
Upstairs
The whole area is paved with wood. The bathrooms are tiled. All the rooms have ceiling fans. All rooms have double beds. The Main Bedroom has a terrace with a spiral stair that leads to the patio below. En suite bathroom and dressing area. Middle Bedroom with French windows and a little balcony that looks onto the garden and pond. Bathroom next-door and leading onto the connecting corridor. End Bedroom with one French window, looking onto the courtyard at the back. En suite Bathroom. On this floor there is also the laundry room.
The Terrace in front of the house is equipped with 2 sitting areas on either side of the front door, which is in glass. This outside furniture is made in some kind of coated cane.
The garden is full of plants and paths and there is a pond with water plants.
