It has 3 bedrooms: 1 with double bed, 1 with a single and 1 open towards the living room with two single beds. Spacious and bright bathroom with tub, living room with warming fireplace, the kitchen is large and directly leads to the covered terrace, where the big dining table is perfect for outdoor eating.
The garden is beautiful and peaceful, the absolute quietness is only interrupted by the sounds of cattle (this house is part of a farm complex where the land is worked and cattle is bred) and pheasants.
The swimming pool (12 x 5) is perfect to refresh in the hot summer days, while at night (even in summer) this paradise becomes fresh and breezy.
Located in the beautiful wooded hills of the Val di Tevere (Tiber valley), within easy reach of this rural peace are many Medieval towns of pictorial and architectural interest.
Among these is Sansepolcro (only 15 kms away) on the Tuscan-Umbrian border, birthplace of Piero della Francesca and home of his famous fresco of the Resurection.
The last two kms of road leading to the house are unpaved and uphill so a 4 wheel drive car is advised (its worth while).
