Palazzo Rimbotti dates back to the 14th century, at a time when Florence was beginning to expand beyond its original Roman centre. Throughout the centuries, Palazzo Rimbotti was extensively remodelled, acquiring its present day aspect around the mid 18th century.

A large hallway opens into the dining room, with a dining table and decorative prints; an open brick archway leads  into the sitting room, a wonderful explosion of patterns in shades of green and rust. The room opens onto a terrace with table and chairs. The master-bedroom has a king-size double bed, period furniture and a large walk-in wardrobe; adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom with tub and shower. The two further bedrooms both have twin beds; each room has a spacious wardrobe and pretty painted furniture. There are two bathrooms, one with tub and another with shower. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all modern requisites.
